I would not have purchased had I known the ingredients.
Other Ghirardelli powders I viewed on this site (in canisters) did list ingredients and did not include partially hydrogenated oil.
To return it, with shipping 2 ways, would cost more than the product price.
Not the first time I've been burned by ordering products not stocked by Amazon.
